Our Chef Patissier spent hours locked away perfecting the design and ensuring that the flavours worked together to form a taste sensation that would be truly unforgettable. Le Macaron Beglique 

This really is the most premium of celebration cakes, which looks fabulous and has the quirky Belgique style that we are so well known for. The centre of the gateau includes fine layers of biscuit progress, an extremely light almond meringue and Joconde sponge which has been lightly soaked with rhum syrup.
